About the United Football League

- A Childhood Memory -

The very first football league I formed was with my buddies in the
neighborhood I grew up in playing APBA Professional Football. The 1966 NFL
and AFL season was our first. With those sets of cards we played several stock
team leagues and drafted team leagues. In short, we wore those cards out.

The name of that very first league was the United Football League.

- Fast Forward to Today -

Holding on to that childhood memory ... the United Football League was
reformed as an Action! PC Football league and started play with the 1959
season.

- Playing Back to the Future -

With a little different spin we will play backwards to the future. Starting
with 1959 playing backwards to ????. We go back as far in professional
football history as our interest takes us.

The new United Football League was founded in 2010.

The United Football League is a ten team draft league currently preparing
for the start of the 1957 season.
